I provide personalised sleep assessments and 1-on-1 support to help you resolve any issues from catnapping to frequent night wakings. My solutions are tailored to your parenting style and your child's temperament. I have a package suitable for any age and work with newborn babies from 3 weeks of age up to pre-schoolers 5 years of age.
All of my packages come with 2 weeks follow up support, during which you will have my advice on tap and we can make adjustments to the plan as needed. Follow-up support can be done via phone or email, you choose.
